This is Deepak Sharma 26, sorry for the delay for this post.Well I know that,you all are very interested to read my posts.

Well my studies in IICS was running very well during some  previous weeks.So now check it out what I have learned.

Today we are gonna discuss about the type of sharing data with each other,which is called "E-MAIL".

E-MAIL:

E-mail is a method of sending messages,voices, video and other graphics over the digital communication link such as Internet anywhere in the world. Technically E-mail is a type of  "Client/Server" application that provides routed ,stored message service between any E-mail accounts.

There are two broad procedure available for E-mail accessing :

1. Subscribe to E-mail service providers            such as G-MAIL, Hotmail,Rediffmail etc.

2. Install your own E-mail Server.

Advantages of E-MAIL :

1. Speed.

2. Content.

3. Cost.

4. Ease of use.

5. Receiving of messages.

6. Multiple copies.

Disadvantages of E-MAIL :

1. Hardware requirements.

2. E-MAIL is not private.
